Welcome home to The Co-Op at the Med Center in Houston, TX. We are located in the heart of Texas Medical Center, with many universities nearby. Our prime location provides shopping, dining, and entertainment right around the corner. The Houston Zoo, scenic parks, and the Houston Museum of Natural Science are less than a few miles away from our desirable location.
We proudly offer studio and two bedroom apartments for rent at The Co-Op at the Med Center. Each of our eight floor plans comes standard with an all-electric kitchen, pantry, and all-inclusive utilities. Select homes include disability access, a wood-burning fireplace, and a patio. We offer only the best for our residents.

After taking your furry friend for a walk, don't forget to stop by the Leasing Center for a treat! Pets Welcome Upon Approval. Breed restrictions apply. Maximum of 2 pets per home.
